Due to safety, hygiene, and contamination concerns,
we do not accept returns on opened, used, or unsealed products.

Once the seal is broken, the item cannot be returned or replaced.

📦 2. Return Eligibility (Accepted Only If):

You can request a return ONLY if:

✔ You received a damaged product
✔ You received a tampered / leaked package
✔ You received a different quantity than ordered

In such cases, Hatija will offer a free replacement or store credit.

For return approval, you must send:
