Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed:

  • Orders placed after 6 PM will be processed the next business day

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

You will receive an email/WhatsApp notification once your order has been dispatched.

We ship all across India with trusted courier partners.

Average delivery time:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 days

  • Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 4–7 days

  • Remote Areas / Villages: 6–10 days

  • Prepaid Orders: FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders

  • COD Orders: β‚Ή50–₹80 extra depending on pincode

  • COD availability depends on your area’s courier service.

If you miss it:

If the customer enters:

  • incorrect address

  • incomplete details

If you receive a package that is:

DO NOT accept the parcel.
Take a picture/video and contact us immediately within 24 hours.

We will replace the product or resolve the issue quickly.

Currently, international shipping is not available.
We will update once global delivery begins.


🧾 9. Lost / Delayed Packages

In rare cases, if your order is delayed or lost:

  • We coordinate directly with the courier

  • We track your parcel from start to finish

  • We offer replacement or support based on the courier’s investigation
