Due to safety, hygiene, and contamination concerns,
we do not accept returns on opened, used, or unsealed products.
Once the seal is broken, the item cannot be returned or replaced.

You can request a return ONLY if:

β You received a damaged product
β You received a tampered / leaked package
β You received a different quantity than ordered
In such cases, Hatija will offer a free replacement or store credit.

For return approval, you must send:

These proofs help us verify and process your request smoothly.

You must contact us within:

Requests after this period cannot be accepted due to courier timelines and hygiene protocols.

Refunds are provided ONLY in the following cases:
β Order was cancelled before dispatch
β Product was out of stock after payment
β Your pincode was unserviceable
β Replacement product is unavailable
Once a refund is approved:

Replacement is offered only if:

Replacement is shipped free of cost after verification of proofs.

For hygiene & safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

β Orders placed by mistake

Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
